The three finalists in the Junior's division led the
tournament from the beginning till the stepladder. In the
opening match #3 seeded Ziad Anwar missed a 10-pin spare in
the final frame to hand the match to No. 2 Seif Hamza on a
silver plate, 183-176. Opposite to the high scoring
qualifying, the title match was a low-scoring encounter. No.
1 seed Mohamed Merdash escaped as the winner with a 162-156
victory over Hamza.
